Community Concierge Services (CCS) is expanding in the greater Orlando, FL area. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week. We are seeking a motivated individual to manage evening valet trash operations based in Orlando, covering the Orlando Metro and surrounding areas. The role includes a truck stipend or a company vehicle, with significant growth potential for the right candidate.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Collecting trash from apartment communities
• Managing a part-time workforce
• Proactively solving issues related to service and staffing
• Ensuring route coverage, filling in as needed
• Working with porters to meet CCS standards and conducting quality audits
• Staffing new communities and distributing containers/marketing materials
• Completing payroll for assigned communities

Work Schedule:

Flexible evenings starting at 6:00 pm, typically ending by 11:45 pm. Weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday) may be required from 7 pm to 10 pm. Some daytime remote work at communities is possible.

Compensation and Benefits:
