Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading an operational service business.
• Proven track record managing an operational team.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales budget and KPI targets for the area.
• Conduct annual SRR route efficiency reviews and provide findings.
• Identify and resolve issues in inventory, sales, warranty, and training.
• Perform biannual reviews for consignment vs. sales with recommendations.
• Ensure safety compliance for SRR/SRM teams.
• Carry out vehicle safety audits and fleet reviews.
• Develop local relationships with battery suppliers and third parties.
• Manage battery delivery/distribution and resolve related issues.
• Plan vacation calendars to maintain coverage.
• Contribute ideas to mitigate risk and improve safety.
