Job summary

LHH seeks a Regional General Manager to lead a network of fulfillment and distribution operations across multiple locations in the United States. This executive role oversees site leadership teams, drives operational excellence, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports growth and scalability of a large logistics network.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proven multi-site operations leader with a strong 3PL, fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain operations background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within logistics, supply chain, distribution, warehouse, fulfillment, or related operations.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site or multi-unit operations.
• Strong background within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
• Proven ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing operational teams.
• Experience managing customer-facing operational relationships.
• Strong financial acumen, labor planning, and workforce management expertise.
• Ability to travel extensively based on business needs.

Preferred Background

• Experience with large‑scale 3PL, fulfillment, or distribution organizations.


• Background supporting high‑volume eCommerce, consumer products, retail, health and wellness, apparel, or similar industries.


• Exposure to warehouse automation, material handling systems, and advanced fulfillment technologies.


• Experience leading operations through significant growth or transformation.
