A fast-growing, investment firm-backed facilities services platform is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead its first Pennsylvania acquisitions. This is a ground-floor, high-ownership role for an operator who wants to build something, not maintain it. You'll be the person on the ground who turns an acquisition strategy into real, working branches.
You'll own the regional P&L across assigned PA and NJ branches, lead the on-site integration of newly acquired companies, and build the operational playbook that scales across future deals. That means stabilizing operations post-close, assessing and developing inherited leadership teams, driving performance against labor and margin targets, and protecting the customer relationships that come with each acquisition. You'll have direct access to senior leadership and a genuine path to grow as the platform expands.
A What we're looking for:
Beyond that, you'll bring strong follow-through across multiple workstreams, comfort in an ERP or field operations platform (WinTeam a plus), and willingness to be on-site at Pennsylvania locations regularly.
