Great Day Improvements LLC, a leader in home remodeling, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee Installation and Operations across the MID-ATLANTIC region, covering VA and MD markets. You will manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations and drive profitability, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 5+ years in general management within residential remodeling, strong leadership, and proven P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in remodeling/residential construction.
• P&L responsibility preferred.
• Experienced in team building and management.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Must be process oriented.
• Excellent customer relations and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Day to day Operations Management of multiple locations
• Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
• Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process
• Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting
• Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs
• Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures
• Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors
• Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products
• Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly
• Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented
• Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems
• Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedul

$80K - $85K SALARY + PERFORMANCE BONUS (OUR TOP REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER EARN $150K+ IN THEIR FIRST YEAR)

THIS POSITION REQUIRES REGULAR REGIONAL TRAVEL TO ALL MARKETS up to 25 WEEKS PER YEAR

HIGHLY CONSIDERED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE OPERATIONS & INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE RESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENT INDUSTRY

Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the Installation and Operations in our MID-ATLANTIC region. The region covers the VIRGINIA & MARYLAND markets and will continue to grow. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the Patio Enclosures™ sunroom products.

As a contributing member of our successful Management Team, the candidate will be charged with effectively and successfully managing the Installation/Operations of the three regional branches.

Responsibilities

• Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
• Must be competent in the use of technology; experience with MS Excel a plus.
• Must be able to travel (drive) to the all locations regularly
