Great Day Improvements is seeking a Regional General Manager for Patio Enclosures to lead the Mid-Atlantic North operations, overseeing four branches in Western Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The role focuses on profitability, customer satisfaction, and team leadership across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of general management experience in remodeling or residential construction, with strong people skills and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4 branches across Western PA & New Jersey; manage regional operations.
• Manage job profitability, costing, budgeting and revenue targets.
• Recruit, hire and train regional teams based on capacity.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule and coordinate travel up to 25 weeks/year.
• Meet with customers to review complex jobs and resolve service issues.

Regional General Manager - Patio Enclosures

Patio Enclousres is the nation's top producer and installer of sun rooms & patios and is a subsidiary of Great Day Improvements, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling industry. We are currently seeking a driven, experienced change maker to lead our branch operations in the Mid-Atlantic North Region. This position will oversee 4 total branches across Western Pennsylvania & New Jersey.

• Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
• Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process.
• Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
• Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
• Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.
• Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
• Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.
• Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
• Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
• Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.
• Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.
• must be able to travel within region up to 25 weeks per year
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
• P&L responsibility preferred.
• Experienced in team building and management preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Must be process oriented.
• Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
• Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.

Compensation

Base salary of $100k - $125k per year w/additional performance based bonus potential as high as $50k - $100k (This represents a good faith estimate for this position. Salary to be determined by geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
