Responsibilities

• Support Regional VP with oversight for region.
• Retain municipal contracts and manage relationships with officials.
• Develop processes and procedures to improve productivity and service.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Coach supervisors and ensure understanding of P&L impacts.
• Participate in community events to promote Waste Pro's presence.
