Job summary

LV Collective, based in Columbus, OH, seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of student housing communities. You will drive operational excellence, supervise Community Managers, and ensure LV standards are consistently met.

You will manage budgets, oversee payroll and incentives, and partner with Leasing, Facilities, and Accounting to optimize performance. Willingness to travel 8–12 weeks annually is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in property operations or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in student housing operations across multiple communities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 8–12 weeks per year and manage portfolios remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly mentor Community Managers and lead training for new hires.
• Oversee payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting for a portfolio.
• Plan and execute turn and non-turn operations ensuring quality standards year-round.
• Collaborate with Leasing and Accounting to improve portfolio efficiencies and SOPs.
