Job summary

LV Collective seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of communities, ensuring asset performance and team effectiveness. You will oversee Community Managers, enforce LV standards, and partner with ownership and corporate leadership to drive excellence.

This role requires travel and a strong track record in multi-site operations. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in student housing operations, proven leadership, and expertise in budgeting, vendor oversight, and strategic staffing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in property operations or related field required.
5–7 years of progressive student housing operations experience across multiple communities preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across competing demands.
Proven people leader with effective written and verbal communication.
Willing to travel approximately 8–12 weeks annually.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and mentor Community Managers across the portfolio, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Lead training for new Community Managers, onboarding and ongoing support through the first 90+ days.
Maintain accountability for payroll oversight, commissions, expenses, and budget variance tracking.
Prepare and analyze performance reports and assist with annual operating budgets and business plans.
Oversee portfolio maintenance, vendor contracts, and quarterly asset/operational inspections.
Collaborate with Leasing, Facilities, and Accounting to drive portfolio-wide efficiencies.
