Job summary

LV Collective in Austin, TX seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of student housing communities. You will directly mentor Community Managers, ensure LV standards are upheld, and partner with ownership, on-site teams, and corporate leadership to drive asset performance and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, turn readiness, vendor contract audits, quarterly asset inspections, and cross-functional strategy with Leasing, Facilities, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in property operations or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in student housing operations across multiple communities or a defined portfolio.
• Experience delivering new development assets and leading operational start-ups.
• Exposure to property sales, acquisitions, or transitions and understanding the operational needs that accompany them.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across competing demands.
• Proven people leader and coach with a positive leadership presence and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel readiness with ability to travel approximately 8–12 weeks annually.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor Community Managers across the portfolio.
• Lead training for new Community Managers including onboarding through the first 90+ days.
• Foster engagement, accountability, and team satisfaction across on-site teams.
• Reinforce LV standards and operational practices across communities.
