Job summary

LV Collective seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of student housing communities, delivering exceptional asset performance and strong team leadership in Austin, TX. You will directly oversee Community Managers, ensure LV standards are upheld, and partner with ownership and corporate teams to drive operational excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in property operations or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in student housing operations across multiple communities or a defined portfolio.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor Community Managers across the portfolio.
• Lead training for new Community Managers including onboarding and 90+ days support.
• Oversee payroll oversight, commission approval, AR, expenses, and budget variance tracking.
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate performance reports related to asset health.
• Plan and execute turn and non-turn operational readiness across the portfolio.
• Audit vendor contracts and service scopes for alignment with community needs.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Facilities, and Accounting to drive portfolio efficiencies.
