Job summary

Core & Main in the United States seeks a District Operations Manager (ROM) to scale capacity, standardize processes, and strengthen discipline across branches. Qualifications

• Strong branch operations background (warehouse, receiving, inventory, audits).
• Demonstrated SOP compliance and operational consistency.
• Leadership experience in operations-heavy environments preferred.
• Experience with D365 or comparable ERP systems is an advantage.
• Mincron and D365 experience.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory integrity, investigations, and follow-through.
• Ensure SOP compliance across warehouse, receiving, and branch operations.
• Manage cycle counts, returns processes, receiving discipline, and accuracy.
• Lead branch audit preparation, execution, scoring, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with RD/DMs to align operational initiatives across the region.
