Job summary

Core & Main LP is seeking a District Operations Manager (ROM) to scale capacity, standardize processes, and strengthen operational health across branches. You will own critical operational programs and ensure inventory integrity so District Managers can focus on customers, talent, and growth initiatives.

Reporting to the Regional Director and collaborating with Branch Managers, you will drive SOP adherence, audits, and ERP workflows (D365/Mincron) to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong branch operations background including warehouse, receiving, inventory, audits (must-have).
• Proven SOP compliance and operational consistency.
• Leadership experience in operations-heavy environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems D365 or similar is an advantage (Mincron is also noted).

Responsibilities

• Owns inventory integrity, investigations, and follow-through.
• Ensures SOP compliance across warehouse, receiving, and branch ops.
• Manages cycle counts, returns, receiving discipline, and operational accuracy.
• Prepares and executes branch audits, scoring, and corrective action plans.
• Ensures D365 process compliance and troubleshooting of workflows.
• Oversees warehouse flow, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinates readiness for corporate and regional initiatives.
• Manages regional operational scorecards and reporting.
