Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a District Operations Manager (ROM) to scale capacity, standardize processes, and strengthen operational health across branches in the region. The role focuses on inventory integrity, SOP adherence, and executing corporate initiatives so District Managers can devote more time to customers, talent and growth.

Qualifications

Experience leading operations across multiple branches and regions.
Strong SOP adherence and operational discipline.
Ability to coach District Managers and Branch Managers on best practices.
Proven track record in inventory control, audits, and ERP workflows.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory integrity and SOP compliance across warehouse, receiving and branch operations.
Manage cycle counts, returns processing, receiving discipline and operational accuracy.
Lead branch audit preparation, execution, scoring and corrective action plans.
Ensure D365 process compliance and troubleshoot operational workflows.
Drive regional operational scorecard management and reporting.
Support alignment with DMs on operational components of sales enablement.
