Zusammenfassung

Core & Main is seeking a District Operations Manager to scale capacity, standardize performance, and strengthen operational discipline across branches within the region. This role partners with the Regional Director and District Managers to drive SOP compliance, inventory integrity, and execution of corporate initiatives.

The DOM will act as a force multiplier, ensuring branches operate with excellence and that operational health is maintained, enabling leaders to focus on customers, talent, and

Qualifikationen

Experience in branch operations including warehouse, receiving, inventory and audits.
Leadership experience in operations-heavy environments preferred.
Experience with D365 or comparable ERP systems is an advantage.
Mincron and D365 experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

Own inventory integrity, investigations, and follow-through.
SOP compliance across warehouse, receiving, and branch operations.
Manage cycle counts, returns processes, receiving discipline, and accuracy.
Prepare branch audits, execution, scoring and corrective action plans.
Ensure D365 process compliance and troubleshoot workflows.
Oversee warehouse flow, safety standards, and regional initiatives readiness.
Manage regional operational scorecards and reporting.
