Job summary

Denali Water Solutions Llc is seeking a Regional Manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee multiple locations, drive safety, compliance and profitability. You will lead Area Managers, optimize asset use, and coordinate with sales, marketing and drivers to meet regional targets.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and a proven track record in multi-site operations. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of multi-site operations management experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Demonstrated success managing employees, equipment, operational processes, budgets, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and supervise Area Managers and drivers across the region.
• Promote safety, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional budgeting, revenue, expenses, and P&L.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operating efficiency across locations.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and HR.
