Job summary

Austin Powder Company in Washington state seeks an Operations Manager to lead safety-focused, multi-site operations as part of the LLC/Regional Management team. You will drive performance, coach Location Managers, and manage KPIs to raise efficiency and accountability across sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination education and experience.
Minimum of five years of management experience with direct reports, preferably in a multi-site service environment.
Minimum of five years working experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance, regulatory audits, and working with regulators.

Responsibilities

Lead safety and regulatory compliance across multiple sites and drive a high level of awareness and response to risks.
Lead by our Safety first values and coach direct reports to understand KPI measures and budgets.
Ensure talent to execute strategies through hiring and succession planning as a core process.
Oversee inventory, assets, and costs with budgetary guidelines; manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate site setups, closures, and asset placements; participate in investigations to determine root causes.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
