The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in operations or plant management within chemical distribution or manufacturing, strong regulatory knowledge (OSHA, DOT, EPA, HAZMAT), and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of operations or plant management experience.
• Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and HAZMAT.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple distribution locations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop site managers and teams to strengthen leadership and performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain audit readiness.
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and support growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
