Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across multiple locations including blending, packaging, storage, and distribution.
• Develop and execute safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT).Oversee production scheduling, inventory, and equipment reliability.
• Mentor site managers, foster accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure audit readiness and support inspections with EHS, Quality, and compliance teams.
• Manage operational budgets and monitor KPIs to drive performance and cost efficiency.
