Job summary

Mira Home is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple residential pest control branches, ensuring service quality, safety, and financial performance. You will develop Operations and Field Managers, establish standardized SOPs, and verify execution through field visits and audits.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on field presence, with travel across branches and reporting to senior leaders. Full-time, remote with travel, compensation tied to experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site field service or route-based operations.
• Experience leading salaried managers across more than one location, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to turn around underperforming locations with measurable results.
• Budget and margin responsibility at the location or division level.
• Proficiency with operational software and reporting (FieldRoutes, Geotab, Domo).
• Ability to travel.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Pest control experience and applicator license.

Responsibilities

• Branch Performance: Identify underperforming branches early and implement turnaround plans within 30 days.
• Standards and Consistency: Ensure branches follow SOPs and quality standards; conduct audits to verify compliance.
• Leadership Development: Run structured weekly meetings with each Operations Manager and maintain successors.
• Field Presence: Visit branches regularly, participate in ride-alongs and quality checks.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain licenses, certifications, vehicle compliance; address audit findings and safety concerns.
• Performance Accountability: Own division-level results for retention, callback rate, route completion, safety incidents, and manager retention.
