Job summary

Central Valley Ag in York, Nebraska, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Hinton, IA region. The role leads operations, people, and performance aligned with CVA’s mission and vision.

You will coach location managers, drive strategic planning, manage budgets and capital expenditures, and oversee daily logistics to ensure safe, efficient grain and agronomy operations across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Proven history of delivering results.
• Strong relationship builder and communicator with experience leading diverse teams.
• Promotes CVA’s mission and values to internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coach Location Managers & Regional Agronomy Dispatcher; recruit, mentor, set goals, review performance and development.
• Develop and lead long-term regional operations strategy; align with CVA mission and regional growth.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and major capital expenditures for the region.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations; manage inventories, logistics, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support region leadership, drive process improvements, and optimize resources and assets.
