Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in convenience retail or multi-unit retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to District Managers and field teams across the region.
• Oversee regional sales and operational performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT and service departments to implement regional strategies.
• Drive regional growth, optimize profitability and lead succession planning and leadership development.
