Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Managers across all district locations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to meet budgeted hours and sales goals.
• Develop and implement training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor finances, pricing, and expenses; provide weekly reports to VP of Operations.
• Ensure safety compliance, merchandising, and guest relations across districts.
