Job summary

AD Energy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional RNG Operations Manager to oversee four Wisconsin sites. You will drive safety, reliability, productivity and cost improvements while leading multi-site teams and ensuring adherence to standards.

The role requires a technical engineering background with strong leadership, budget management and the ability to travel between facilities. A senior leadership position reporting to the Director of Operations offers significant autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Experienced multi-site operations leader with a strong technical foundation.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is highly desirable.
• Proven track record managing industrial facilities, operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall operational responsibility for four sites across Wisconsin.
• Lead and develop site leadership and operational teams to meet business objectives.
• Establish clear standards and ensure consistency across facilities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs for operations, safety and reliability.
• Develop and execute the regional operating strategy with the Director of Operations.
• Oversee maintenance across four facilities and drive reliability improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop site managers and maintenance personnel.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and cost effectiveness.
