• 7–10 years of plant operations and maintenance experience in RNG, power, or chemical processing plants.
• 4+ years of management or proven leadership experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and lead cross-plant initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement safe operation, maintenance, and performance of RNG plants in the region.
• Lead multiple plants, consult with senior management to set broad plans and policies.
• Review budgets, schedules, and training; mentor staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Plan and implement special projects to improve service quality and operations.
