Job summary

ADM is seeking a General Manager, Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) to lead RNG sites in Illinois, drive reliable operations, and deliver strong financial results in a complex asset-intensive business. • Minimum 5 years of RNG or equivalent management experience.
• Experience leading day-to-day operations in asset-intensive settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management oversight of RNG sites to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Lead RNG operations team to optimize plant performance and operational discipline.
• Ensure execution of standards and performance expectations.
• Align RNG strategy with growth and performance objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and profitability.
• Oversee annual planning, forecasting and budgeting for RNG.
• Manage operating and capital expenditures with accountability for financial performance.
• Monitor key metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams in a high-velocity environment.
