Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties in the United States is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a multi-site field team, drive regional sales, and ensure operational excellence across our growing storage network.

You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, coordinate with Region VPs and site managers, oversee maintenance, and foster a safe, inclusive work environment while delivering exceptional service to our communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• At least 5 years in multi-unit supervision (property management, retail, or hospitality).
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a multi-unit field team.
• Drive regional sales growth to meet targets.
• Improve customer service experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor region KPIs and financial metrics.
• Set sales goals with Region VPs and store managers.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Oversee maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor liaison.
• Conduct weekly property inspections and account for arrears.
• Report occupancy, budgets, and strategy to head office.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
