The position requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive operations leadership experience, including multi-site management and P&L responsibility, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues.
• Providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of multiple branches ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction across operations including pharmacy and nursing.
• Coordinate error-proofing for pick, pack, and ship processes.
• Partner with Regions Director, Sales to drive market development and sales strategy.
• Drive financial performance via inventory optimization and controlled expenses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and corporate policies and accreditation standards.
• Build a cohesive, service-oriented team through recruitment, training and engagement.
• Lead staff development and growth across multiple sites or large single site.
