Option Care Health is seeking a Regional Director, Operations to lead multiple care management centers, overseeing pharmacy and nursing operations while driving market development and financial performance. The role requires strategic leadership across 4+ sites with a focus on patient safety and service quality.

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years in operations leadership, plus 3 years P&L management and 5 years of people leadership, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience in a position leading operations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a P&L including budget development.
• At least 5 years of experience directly managing people in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational performance of all assigned CMCs with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Drives market development and financial performance across multiple sites and regions.
• Manages budgeting, expenses, and onboarding processes to support growth.
• Ensures compliance with laws, accreditation standards and corporate policies.
• Leads recruitment, training and development to build a cohesive care team.
• Coordinates PI activities and improves patient care outcomes.
