Job summary

CSS is seeking a Region Director to manage daily operations across multiple distribution and service facilities. You will collaborate with business leaders to execute enterprise and commercial strategies, ensure profitable growth, safe practices, and exceptional customer service.

You will lead P&L, budgeting, staff development, and cross-functional teamwork across region sites. Travel 25–50% and drive Lean daily management and continuous improvement to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• Lean Six Sigma designation required.
• 10 years of sales and business operations experience.
• 5 years supervising staff at branch or district level.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
