Job summary

LHH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and support multiple warehouse, production, and distribution facilities across a regional network. This role is ideal for a Plant Manager, Distribution Manager, or Site Leader looking to expand into regional, multi-site leadership.

You will drive safety, quality, and customer service initiatives, mentor site leadership, and push for continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or production facility.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams and driving results.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
• Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence exposure.
• Desire to grow into broader multi-site operational leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to multiple warehouse and production operations.
• Drive operational performance, safety, quality, and customer service initiatives.
• Develop and mentor site leadership teams.
• Improve inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
• Lead continuous improvement and process optimization efforts.
• Travel approximately 25% to support regional operations.
