Job summary

AD Energy Recruitment seeks a Regional RNG Operations Manager to oversee four Wisconsin sites, driving safety, reliability and cost performance. You will lead multi-site operations, implement maintenance strategies, and partner with site leaders to align with regional strategy.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background, proven multi-site leadership, and a track record of improving operational metrics and safety across facilities in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple industrial/manufacturing/process sites.
• Experience leading both operations and maintenance functions.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance practices.
• Experience managing senior operational and maintenance teams.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Experience developing preventative/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Track record of delivering improvements in operational performance, reliability and cost.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate strategically with attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to travel between the four Wisconsin facilities.

Responsibilities

• Take overall operational responsibility for four sites across Wisconsin.
• Lead and develop site leadership and teams to achieve business objectives.
• Establish operational standards and ensure consistency across facilities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs including financial, safety and reliability.
• Develop and execute regional operating strategy with the Director of Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and site performance.
• Ensure activities align with company objectives, policies and standards.
• Provide leadership of maintenance across facilities and drive reliability improvements.
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review budgets and resource requirements; manage capital projects and upgrades.
• Lead, coach and develop site managers and maintenance personnel.
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement and training plans.
• Develop succession plans for key roles and standardise best practices.
• Communicate/publish performance insights and drive regional collaboration.
• Monitor expenditures and pursue cost-reduction opportunities without compromising safety.
