The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional RNG Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of four sites across Wisconsin.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving operational performance, reliability, maintenance, safety and continuous improvement across the regional portfolio.
The successful candidate will ideally have a strong Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, combined with proven experience leading multi-site industrial operations and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations Leadership
- Take overall operational responsibility for four sites across Wisconsin.
- Lead and develop site leadership and operational teams to consistently achieve business objectives.
- Establish clear operational standards and ensure consistency across all facilities.
- Monitor site performance against key operational, financial, safety and reliability KPIs.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and execute the regional operating strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and overall site performance.
- Ensure operational activities are aligned with company objectives, policies and standards.
Maintenance & Reliability
- Provide leadership and oversight of maintenance activities across all four facilities.
- Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance programs are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Drive improvements in equipment reliability, availability and asset performance.
- Review maintenance strategies, budgets and resource requirements across the region.
- Support the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance initiatives.
- Ensure critical equipment risks are identified and appropriately managed.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams on capital projects, upgrades and equipment improvements.
- Lead, coach and develop site managers, operations leaders and maintenance personnel.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
- Identify skills gaps and ensure appropriate training and development plans are in place.
- Develop succession plans for key operational and technical positions.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration between sites.
- Ensure performance management processes are consistently applied.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance across all locations.
- Ensure sites operate in accordance with company policies and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in safety performance.
- Investigate significant incidents and ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
- Ensure operational and maintenance procedures are consistently followed.
- Develop and manage regional operating and maintenance budgets.
- Monitor expenditure and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising safety, quality or reliability.
- Evaluate capital expenditure requirements and support business cases for investment.
- Ensure resources are deployed effectively across the four facilities.
- Monitor operational performance against financial targets and agreed KPIs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the regional operation.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reliability, quality and cost performance.
- Standardise best practices across the four sites.
- Use operational data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced multi-site operations leader with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of managing industrial facilities.
A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is highly desirable, although candidates with significant equivalent technical and operational experience will also be considered.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing multiple industrial/manufacturing/process sites.
- Experience leading both operations and maintenance functions.
- A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance practices.
- Demonstrable experience managing senior operational and maintenance teams.
- Strong financial and budget management experience.
- Experience developing and implementing preventative/predictive maintenance strategies.
- A strong understanding of health, safety and regulatory requirements.
- A track record of delivering improvements in operational performance, reliability and cost.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable getting into the detail when required.
- A willingness and ability to travel between the four Wisconsin facilities.
