Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Project Executive to lead multimillion-dollar Renewable Natural Gas and Waste Water projects across multiple sites in the United States. You will oversee development, delivery, M&V, and post-sale activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance while maintaining strong customer and subcontractor relationships.

In this role you will develop execution plans, manage resources, and drive safety programs with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 10–15 yrs construction management experience in RNG projects.
• Project size > $50M and multi-location / multi-stakeholder environment.
• Business development and project development experience.
• Proficient in scheduling software and project controls.
• Strong negotiation, communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive project leadership on large RNG/Waste Water projects.
• Oversight of development, delivery, measurement & verification, and post-sale activities.
• Determine resource levels to meet schedule milestones and budgets.
• Develop project execution plan and work breakdown structure.
• Lead safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain customer and subcontractor relationships.
• Coordinate with National Operations, Engineering, and Area teams.
