Job summary

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a Territory Operations Leader to oversee multiple FEG locations in Northern California, driving guest service excellence, operational discipline, and strong business results. The role requires a hands-on leader who develops site General Managers, manages staffing, payroll, safety, and P&L, and partners with executives on regional initiatives.

Occasional travel within the territory is required to ensure consistency and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or attractions.
• Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with labor, payroll, and P&L experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with field presence and exceptional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across a defined geographic territory of FEG locations to ensure brand standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop general managers and site leaders.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, safety, and game/attraction uptime across sites.
• Monitor KPIs, payroll, and budget targets to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with executives on regional initiatives to grow traffic and revenue.
