Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a 5 to 10 park market. You will lead Park Managers, drive revenue, ensure safety and guest experience, and collaborate with the Director of Operations on strategic plans.

The role requires strong multi-unit leadership, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record in operations and financial performance across a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of operations, financial management, and customer service.
• Experience in developing Performance Improvement Plans and Action Plans.
• Proven multi-unit leadership experience.
• Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple parks and lead park managers and staff to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability across the market.
• Coordinate with executive team to strategize long-term growth plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards across all locations.
