Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of Operations — Full-Service Hotels to lead and oversee a portfolio of full-service properties from its Buford, GA base. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, hands-on guidance, and accountable teams to elevate guest experiences and profitability.

You will partner with General Managers, corporate leadership, and ownership to drive performance, talent development, and adherence to brand standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
• Multi-property or regional leadership experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge.
• Proven ability to coach General Managers and hotel leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership across an assigned portfolio of full-service hotels.
• Partner with General Managers to set goals and drive operational excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and develop hotel leadership teams to boost performance.
• Monitor revenue, labor, expenses, profitability, and budget achievement.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and performance gaps; act on findings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure guest service, maintenance, safety, and brand standards.
