Job summary

ARK Hospitality seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a growing portfolio of hotels across South Georgia and Central Alabama. The role requires leading multiple General Managers, ensuring brand compliance and delivering strong financial performance while driving guest satisfaction and team development.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in hotel leadership and 3+ years multi-property leadership, with Hilton and IHG brand experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hotel leadership experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of multi-property leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, revenue management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple hotel General Managers and property leadership teams.
• Ensure consistent operational execution across all assigned hotels.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, property maintenance initiatives, and operational upgrades.
• Review property budgets, forecasts, labor costs, and strategic business plans.
• Partner with General Managers and Revenue Management teams to create improvement strategies.
