Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to direct the performance and strategic direction of our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the DFW area. Through the Executive Directors, you will ensure compliance with policy, regulations and high quality patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in multi-facility operations, and the ability to travel across facilities. A Nursing Home Administrator license and a healthcare management background are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Nursing Home Administrator license.
• BS/BA in healthcare administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in a multi-facility leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Directs the recruitment, hiring and development of staff across multiple facilities.
• Oversees budgeting, resource allocation and regulatory compliance for a regional portfolio.
• Develops and executes marketing strategies to sustain revenue and census growth.
• Travel regularly within the DFW market to supervise facilities.
