Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to direct operations for a group of skilled nursing facilities. The role reports through the Executive Director and ensures alignment with corporate policy across local, state, and federal guidelines.

You will oversee roughly 10–12 facilities in the DFW market. The position requires an active Nursing Home Administrator license, a BS/BA in healthcare administration, and at least five years in multi-facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• BS/BA degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in a multi-facility position with long-term care operations.
• Demonstrated advanced leadership and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across the designated region.

Responsibilities

• Directs recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and retention of qualified staff.
• Manages budget assumptions and approvals for assigned facilities.
• Ensures facility assets are maintained and inventories are adequate.
• Oversees development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance revenue.
• Monitors census, quality mix, and community relations; reduces grievances.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local regulations and corporate policies.
