Job summary

Cantex-Continuing-Care-Network seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to direct the performance of 10–12 skilled nursing facilities in the DFW area. You will oversee operations through the facility Executive Directors, ensuring adherence to policy, budgets and regulatory standards.

The role requires a current NHA license, a BS/BA in healthcare administration and at least five years of multi-facility leadership in long-term care. Travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• BS/BA in healthcare administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a multi-facility leadership role in long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of 10–12 facilities in the DFW market.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff across facilities.
• Develop budgets and monitor capital and operating expenses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state and local rules.
• Maintain census quality and lead marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:The overall purpose of the Regional Vice President of Operations position is to direct the operation of the assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities.
