Job summary

Inspire Communities seeks a strategic Regional Manager to oversee multiple manufactured housing communities, drive operational excellence, and align regional goals with corporate strategy. You will lead teams, coach leaders, manage budgets, and ensure service standards across properties.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support communities nationwide.

• Business acumen – you understand budgets, data, and strategy and can translate them into actionable plans.
• Operational expertise – you identify process improvements, compliance needs, and standardization opportunities.
• Strong communication – you collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across levels.
• Resident-focused mindset – you lead with empathy and prioritize resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across multiple communities, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.
• Oversee regional customer service training and guest engagement.
• Ensure adherence to policies, health and safety regulations, and Fair Housing compliance.
• Oversee resident payment agreements, charges, and credits.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage regional budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify cost savings and growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide mentoring to community leaders to boost productivity.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and professional development across the region.
