Responsibilities

• Uphold merchandising standards and execute plans to meet regional sales goals.
• Coordinate regional sales plans with merchants and stores.
• Assist stores with POG and CGO maintenance as directed by managers.
• Evaluate in-stock conditions and identify training needs.
• Recommend actions to reduce shrink and improve customer experience.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and dress code compliance.
