Job summary

Highspring in Reno is seeking an Operations Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for 12 locations in the Reno area. You will partner with physicians and leaders to drive operational excellence, financial performance, patient satisfaction, provider productivity, and practice growth.

Candidates should have 5+ years of multi-site operational and physician practice management experience, including P&L, and the ability to mentor and coach teams across a large organization.

Operations Leader will provide strategic and operational leadership for 12 locations in the Reno area. This role partners with physicians, providers, and leaders to drive operational excellence, financial performance, patient satisfaction, provider productivity and practice growth. Responsibilities include operational policies, workforce planning, staffing, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and physician recruitment. Overseeing a team of 200+ with 5 direct reports.

Candidates will have at least 5 years of multi-site operational and physician practice management experience including P&L. Must be a strong mentor/coach.
