Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to manage day-to-day regional operations, ensuring compliance with policies and the Code of Conduct. You will oversee inventory allocation, procurement, and staff training, driving efficiency and performance across the region.

The role emphasizes coaching Branch Operations Managers, optimizing sourcing and transfers, and managing regional costs with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with five years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in managing multiple teams and strong leadership.
• Preferred: Six Sigma, Health and Safety training; NCSO designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to the regional operations team (Branch Operations Managers).
• Manage demand planning and sourcing material within the region and coordinate transfers.
• Coach and train Branch Operations Managers on standard inventory transactions.
• Oversee intercompany and customer freight for regional inventory movements.
• Lead regional cost management and annual expense/capex budgeting.
