Job summary

BrandSafway seeks a regional operations leader to manage day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with policies and the Code of Conduct. You will oversee inventory allocation, procurement, staff training, and reporting, with a focus on efficiency across the region.

You will lead Branch Operations Managers, coordinate interlocation material transfers, and drive cost management through budgeting and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have five years of related experience or equivalent.
• Training or experience in Lean Management Principles is preferred.
• Six Sigma knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the regional operations team for equipment sourcing.
• Coordinate demand planning and material sourcing across locations.
• Coach Branch Operations Managers on inventory transactions and procedures.
• Manage intercompany and customer freight for inventory movement.
• Prepare annual expense and capex budget for operations.
