Job summary

Sentrillion in Houston, TX is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead field installation and maintenance operations, optimize workforce planning, and drive performance in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

You will oversee cross-regional initiatives, apply QMS processes, conduct cost estimates and risk assessments, and report insights in regular project delivery meetings, while fostering collaboration and integrity.

Qualifications

Strong leadership abilities to guide teams on time and within budget.
Experience overseeing field installation and maintenance operations.
Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and compliance.
Analytical skills to conduct cost estimates for projects.
Ability to perform risk assessment and suggest actionable mitigations.

Responsibilities
