Job summary

Sentrillion is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to drive excellence in field operations across the San Antonio region. You will oversee installation and maintenance activities, coordinate cross-regional teams, and ensure high-performance standards while aligning with company values.

You will lead workforce planning, manage budgets, assess risks, and implement QMS-driven processes to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Strong leadership to guide project teams on time and within budget.
Experience managing field installation and maintenance operations.
Solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
Analytical skills for cost estimation and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

Oversee field operations and coordinate efforts to optimize workforce planning.
Ensure installation and maintenance operations meet performance standards.
