Sentrillion in San Antonio is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead field installation and maintenance operations, optimize workforce planning, and ensure high-performance standards across the region. You will collaborate with cross-regional teams on innovative projects and drive delivery to meet time and budget targets.

As a leader, you will enable a compliant Quality Management System, conduct cost analyses, perform risk assessments, and recommend actions.

Your day to day as a Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, your daily responsibilities will revolve around ensuring effective operations that aligns with our values. You will oversee field operations, coordinating efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations. Each day, you'll ensure that installation & maintenance operations meet performance standards. Your role will involve regular participation in project delivery meetings, where you will track progress and address any challenges.
