• Experience with P&L oversight and branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and direct Branch Managers to meet sales, service and profitability goals.
• Oversee hiring, performance management and annual/midyear evaluations.
• Ensure safety standards and policies are followed across branches.
• Forecast inventory needs and manage branch inventory health.
• Monitor branch P&L and guide underperforming areas back on track.
